Paul Frederic Simon is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist renowned for his work with Art Garfunkel and as a solo artist. Rising to fame in the 1960s with Simon & Garfunkel hits like “The Sound of Silence,” “Mrs. Robinson,” and “Bridge over Troubled Water,” he later explored diverse genres, most notably on his Grammy-winning 1986 album Graceland. With 16 Grammys, dual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions, and a legacy of musical innovation, Simon is also a philanthropist and co-founder of the Children’s Health Fund.
